GETTING STARTED
Start with RentSeekr
Find your way around the public site and understand which account services are available.
What RentSeekr does
RentSeekr brings direct rental listings and supported rental workflows together. Visitors can browse published properties and rooms. Authorised providers and renters use enabled workspaces to manage the records they can access. You remain responsible for decisions, physical inspections and arrangements outside the app.
What to do
- Browse rentals without signing in, or open the landlord and tenant help collections below.
- Read the listing details and the current availability of the action you need.
- Use Contact if you need to ask about access or whether your arrangement is supported.
What to expect
Browsing does not create an account, enquiry or application. Customer account creation and public sign-in are paused; there is no public signup step to complete at present.
Limits and problems
A listing can describe a room without enabling room-level tenancy management. Supported operational tenancy workflows have jurisdiction and agreement guards. If a feature is unavailable, keep your existing records and contact RentSeekr; do not create another account to work around the restriction.
Product guidance, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance. For jurisdiction-specific requirements, check current official guidance or obtain advice for your circumstances.
