RENTER GUIDES

A clearer guide for each stage of renting.

Use evergreen renter guides for the task ahead, then check the state or territory hub when a rule, form or timeframe matters.

INFORMATION & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

National guidance. Victoria first.

Victoria is our first operational jurisdiction for supported whole-property workflows. The workspace remains in preview and public accounts are closed during launch preparation. We are building workflows for other states, territories and accommodation types; nationwide guide coverage does not mean those workflows are available.

RentSeekr provides software and general information, not legal advice or a property-management service. This guide is a starting point, not a compliance determination. Check current official rules and prescribed documents for your location and arrangement. Obtain qualified advice for your circumstances, especially before serving a notice, resolving a dispute or relying on a legal deadline. Using RentSeekr does not transfer either party’s legal obligations or limit their statutory rights.
