1. Price and duration
Introductory 30-day prices are Local $5, Priority $15, Spotlight $30 and Avenue $50 AUD. These are the total placement prices, including GST where applicable. Longer terms cost the selected 30-day price multiplied by the number of units, from one to twelve units (30–360 days). Terms use 24-hour days with an exclusive end date and the UTC timestamps shown in your request.
A placement is a single purchase, not a subscription. There is no automatic renewal. The approved quote records the price, currency, priority tier, dates, tax treatment and applicable terms. Later catalogue changes do not reprice an existing quote or paid order. A longer term does not increase priority.
2. What the placement provides
Approved, paid and currently scheduled listings are eligible for the selected City directory, district, storefront and relevant local-service results. Service category and coverage must match before priority applies. Higher paid tiers rank above lower tiers, with equal tiers ordered by business name. Affiliates have no purchased priority. The plan also determines the illustrated storefront size; map position is not a real-world location.
People choose whether to browse. Optional discovery points include property preparation, lease and tenancy setup, ongoing tenancy workspaces, rental listings and Journal articles. These may suggest relevant service categories; they do not guarantee that every user at a stage sees an advertisement. Users can hide task shortcuts. We do not promise a fixed ranking, audience size, number of views, clicks, enquiries, bookings or revenue.
3. Review, availability and payment
Publication requires business, service-area, content and placement review, an available block for the dates requested and verified payment. Applying or selecting inventory does not itself publish a listing. If approved while checkout is available, pay the stored quote through Stripe before the payment window closes. An unpaid, expired or failed request does not become an active advertisement. The listing runs only within its approved schedule while it remains eligible.
Stripe processes advertising payments. RentSeekr does not collect payments or make bookings for the services advertised. The customer contracts directly with your business. You are responsible for your own quotes, bookings and service delivery.
4. Changes, withdrawal and refunds
You may withdraw a pending request through the advertising workspace. Changing a campaign, link, creative or service coverage may require another review and can make a placement temporarily ineligible. We may pause or remove unlawful, misleading, unsafe or ineligible content, including while investigating a report.
For a paid placement, billing error, service failure or cancellation request, contact RentSeekr with the request or payment reference. We will assess the circumstances and applicable rights; do not create another payment to resolve an uncertain charge. We do not promise immediate automated refunds from the workspace. Nothing in these terms excludes Australian Consumer Law guarantees or other rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Accurate services and transparent links
You must have authority to advertise the business, use its content and offer the stated services in the stated areas. Keep destination links, prices and claims accurate. Do not imply a required tenancy purchase, landlord approval, guaranteed rental outcome or RentSeekr endorsement. Listing review checks eligibility, not service quality.
