The right service and area come first. Paid results then sort by tier, with equal tiers ordered by business name. Paying more cannot buy irrelevant exposure. Longer terms use whole 30-day units, up to 360 days, at the same price per unit; a longer term does not improve priority. Your approved quote fixes the price and priority for that term.
City is new and its audience is growing. We do not guarantee views, clicks, enquiries, bookings or a fixed position. Availability depends on your chosen City, district, category and dates.

MORE THAN A DIRECTORY PAGE
Be useful at the right rental moment.
Your approved listing can appear in City’s map, service lists and profile pages, plus optional Local services choices inside rental tasks. Customers open these choices themselves. They can put them aside or hide task shortcuts.
Photos before publication.
A landlord preparing a property can choose photos and floor plans, cleaning or planned upkeep. A photographer covering Carlton can appear when the landlord searches that service and area.
A move with practical help.
After an initial lease is signed, a tenant preparing for the upcoming move can browse moving, storage, connections, cleaning and furniture. A removalist appears for matching local coverage when the tenant chooses Moving & storage.
A service when it is needed.
Tenancy workspaces keep Local services available for home setup, planned upkeep or a future move. Renters can also browse from a rental listing or Journal article, choosing their own service and location.
A placement makes you eligible for matching results; it does not automatically show your ad to every tenant or landlord. Rental approvals, signing, urgent repairs and other sensitive decisions are never conditional on using a service.
- Describe your business. Add your category, service area, website or phone link and clear service copy.
- Choose your plan and dates. Select available inventory. RentSeekr reviews the business, coverage, campaign and advertisement.
- Pay the approved quote when checkout opens. Stripe takes a single payment. Only a successfully paid, approved placement can run, during its scheduled dates.
- Hear directly from customers. They visit your site or call you. Your workspace reports anonymous placement views and clicks, not customer contact details or guaranteed leads.

An Advertisement is a business’s paid placement. An Affiliate link is a service added by the RentSeekr Team under an approved referral arrangement. We may earn commission if someone uses it. This income helps us grow and improve RentSeekr; using any link is optional.
Affiliate commission does not buy a higher ranking. Affiliate listings follow the same service and coverage matching, after paid priority tiers. A listing is not an endorsement or a claim that a product suits you.
