The new annual offer covers 12 calendar months, bills once each year and renews until cancelled; annual purchasing is on hold. For example, Local for 90 days costs $15 upfront for the whole term. All plans include a service profile, illustrated storefront and eligibility for relevant local-service results.

Annual prices are 40% lower than twelve fixed 30-day purchases (360 days); an annual subscription covers 12 calendar months. Annual purchasing is on hold.
Coverage comes first.
Every plan uses the same category and approved City, suburb or postcode coverage. There is no paid kilometre radius: Avenue cannot buy exposure outside your service area.
Priority has a clear order.
Matching paid services appear Avenue, Spotlight, Priority, then Local. Equal tiers sort by business name. Avenue is shared, not exclusive. A longer term does not improve ranking.
More presence on the street.
Higher tiers get progressively wider desktop cards and more prominent signage. Mobile cards fit the screen; compact in-app results keep equal widths. These are illustrated frontages, not real premises.
City is new. We do not guarantee views, clicks, enquiries, bookings or a fixed position. Availability depends on your chosen City, district, category and dates.

Your approved listing can appear in City’s illustrated street, service lists and profile pages, plus optional Local services choices inside rental tasks. Customers open these choices themselves. They can put them aside or hide task shortcuts.
Photos before publication.
A landlord preparing a property can choose photos and floor plans, cleaning or planned upkeep. A photographer covering Carlton can appear when the landlord searches that service and area.

After an initial lease is signed, a tenant preparing for the upcoming move can browse moving, storage, connections, cleaning and furniture. A removalist appears for matching local coverage when the tenant chooses Moving & storage.

Tenancy workspaces keep Local services available for home setup, planned upkeep or a future move. Renters can also browse from a rental listing or Journal article, choosing their own service and location.

- Pay the approved quote when checkout opens. Stripe takes a single payment. Only a successfully paid, approved placement can run, during its scheduled dates.
- Hear directly from customers. They visit your site or call you. Your workspace reports anonymous placement views and clicks, not customer contact details or guaranteed leads.

An Advertisement is a business’s paid placement. An Affiliate link is a service added by the RentSeekr Team under an approved referral arrangement. We may earn commission if someone uses it. This income helps us grow and improve RentSeekr; using any link is optional.
Affiliate commission does not buy a higher ranking. Affiliate listings follow the same service and coverage matching, after paid priority tiers. A listing is not an endorsement or a claim that a product suits you.

Which plan should I start with?
Local is a practical starting point while City grows: it includes the same service profile and coverage rules. Higher tiers buy more prominent street artwork and priority among eligible services. If only a few matching businesses are available, a higher tier may not change which services a customer sees. Choose it for presentation and priority, not promised leads or extra geographic reach.
Is $5 an ongoing subscription?
No. Local costs AUD $5 for each 30-day unit. Choose 30–360 days, pay once for the full approved term when checkout is available, and the placement ends without automatic renewal. Prices include GST where applicable. The separate annual offer renews yearly until cancelled; it is not yet available to purchase.
Does paying more put my business first?
Matching service category and coverage come first. Higher paid tiers then take priority, with equal tiers ordered by business name. A longer term does not improve priority. No plan guarantees a fixed position, audience size, enquiry or booking.
Can a sole trader advertise?
Yes, eligible sole traders and businesses can enquire. Before paid onboarding we need your legal business details, ABN, authorised contact and service coverage. Team review checks listing eligibility; it is not a service-quality endorsement.
What happens after I enquire?
Your enquiry goes to RentSeekr’s restricted Team inbox. We review your service and coverage, then explain the next steps. An enquiry is not an approved listing or a reservation. You can also prepare a plan application and see an order summary, but final submission and purchase remain disabled. Existing partners prepare their campaign in their workspace; checkout is offered only after approval and when payments are enabled.
Who handles bookings and customer information?
You handle enquiries, bookings, service payments and customer agreements directly. RentSeekr reports anonymous placement activity, not a list of renters’ personal information. Customers should check your prices, terms, credentials and privacy information.
How are website links checked?
We restrict link formats and review destinations before publication. Websites can change, and these checks cannot guarantee safety or service quality. You remain responsible for your site and advertising claims. Report a concerning listing; nothing in our terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
