1. What the Founding offer provides
The proposed price is A$599 total, paid once, with no automatic renewal. The entitlement is account-bound access to the covered Premium software service for as long as RentSeekr operates that covered service. It is not a property-management service, an investment, a guarantee of rental income or a promise that RentSeekr will operate forever.
The price, GST treatment, supplier, offer version, included features and limits must be shown and accepted before payment. The immutable terms and Premium scope recorded with your purchase determine your entitlement. This explanatory page does not itself open qualification, reserve a place or take payment.
2. Joining and completing the challenge
Qualification is free. You must explicitly select one eligible, completed, verified Victorian property for your rental-provider account and accept the applicable version of the programme terms. Earlier listing or tenancy history does not count. Switching the selected property restarts all unfinished progress from the new selection; it does not transfer earned days.
Complete 30 uninterrupted days (720 elapsed hours) of eligible activity on that property: a genuine, non-demo public advert, a verified active tenancy, or continuous coverage from an advert directly into a verified tenancy. An existing tenancy counts only from joining and only after its onboarding and independent participant evidence are verified. A scheduled tenancy, private draft, uploaded agreement alone or selecting “existing tenant” is insufficient.
Server records determine activity and interruptions. A gap, pause or expiry in eligible activity resets unfinished progress; days cannot be banked by briefly publishing each day. The clock resumes from zero when eligible activity resumes. Progress is confirmed from the server, not browser time. No customer-supplied historical date can backdate the challenge.
Authority and duplicate checks remain required. False listings, fabricated tenancies, self-tenancies used to qualify, duplicate identities and misleading authority evidence are prohibited. Completing the time target alone does not override verification or capacity. Contact RentSeekr if an error or platform outage affected your recorded progress.
3. Places, recognition and your decision window
The programme has at most 100 concurrently reserved or purchased licences. “Spots left” includes existing reservations and verified purchases; it is not a promise that a participant still qualifying has a reserved place. If capacity is unavailable after qualification, the account waits for a place under the recorded programme process. No purchase clock runs while waitlisted.
Verified qualification earns Founding Landlord recognition, which you may choose to show on your profile. The badge is not proof of identity, ownership or legal compliance. It is separate from purchasing or activating Premium.
A reserved offer gives you 30 days from confirmed delivery of a usable offer to decide and pay. Your account shows the exact deadline and time. A reviewed outage extension may be recorded where appropriate. If the offer expires without a verified purchase, it cannot be revived by switching properties, starting another challenge or creating replacement accounts. A new purchase is not guaranteed. A paid purchase remains governed by its recorded entitlement; later advert pauses do not restart the completed challenge.
4. Personal use and Premium limits
The licence belongs solely to the original purchasing account holder. You must protect passwords, verification codes and recovery credentials. Never share those credentials, sell access to your dashboard, rent out the account, sublicense the entitlement, pool unrelated accounts or use replacement identities to bypass limits.
Use the software only for rental activities you are authorised to carry out. These restrictions do not prevent lawful rent collection or authorised rental work; they prevent selling or sharing the software licence itself. Other participants must use their own authorised accounts and permissions. A person appearing as a tenant or participant does not acquire your Founding entitlement.
Founding access follows the recorded Premium scope and server-enforced account restrictions. The proposed record capacity is 10 properties with unlimited room records per property; archived records count toward property capacity. Advertising allowances, AI generation allowances, storage and video limits are separate and are shown in the accepted scope and applicable controls. Unlimited room records does not mean unlimited adverts, storage, AI or third-party services. No unannounced fair-use rule may silently remove a purchased inclusion.
Optional third-party services, separately priced products and future products outside the purchased scope are not automatically included. Any separate charge requires its own disclosure and acceptance. A separate existing recurring subscription is not cancelled merely by viewing or qualifying for this offer; check Billing and confirm any requested cancellation.
5. No transfers, including succession
The entitlement cannot be assigned, transferred, sold, gifted, sublicensed or inherited, including after death or incapacity. It does not transfer with a property, a business, an account sale, a change of account holder or a change of organisation control intended to transfer the licence. Updating your own contact details through the secure account workflow does not change who purchased the entitlement.
Incapacity is not misconduct. Non-transferability does not remove mandatory legal rights or prevent a lawful representative or estate from seeking records, refunds or other remedies to which they are legally entitled. It does not authorise another person to use or inherit the software licence.
6. Misuse, restrictions and revocation
Where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, prohibited account sharing or a safety, security or legal risk, RentSeekr may temporarily restrict affected access while reviewing the evidence. Suspicion or an automated security signal alone does not permanently revoke the entitlement.
A reasonably substantiated serious breach, or repeated material breaches after warning, may lead to proportionate account restrictions or termination of the Founding entitlement. Where practicable, we provide notice, reasons, a decision reference, an opportunity to respond or remedy the breach, and a route to request human review. Urgent protective restrictions may precede notice where necessary for safety, security or law.
You may request a review without signing in ↗. Include the decision reference; we may need to verify your identity. If a decision is reversed, we restore the entitlement and assess any applicable remedy. We do not apply recurring subscription paid-through expiry rules to a perpetual Founding entitlement. Restrictions do not end a tenancy, vary a signed agreement or remove record-retention duties.
There is no blanket forfeiture of all payments or statutory rights. Refunds, compensation and other mandatory remedies remain available where applicable. A disputed payment, refund or fraud decision is handled through the verified payment and review process; a checkout return or browser message cannot grant, restore or transfer Premium.
7. Service changes, closure and your rights
The accepted terms and covered Premium scope are retained with the purchase. Later website updates or continued use cannot silently rewrite that bargain, reduce purchased limits, add a recurring fee for the covered entitlement or retrospectively impose new disqualification rules. Material changes require a lawful, transparent process and any agreement or remedies required by law.
If the covered service is discontinued or materially cannot be supplied, RentSeekr will communicate the effect and assess appropriate remedies under the accepted contract and applicable law. Calling access “lifetime” does not permit avoiding those obligations. No term excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees.
