ACCOUNT & ACCESS

Navigate accessibly and recover common page problems

Use keyboard navigation, search and safe recovery steps without duplicating uncertain saves.

Navigation and prerequisites

Public Help and Docs require no account. Workspace records require their existing access checks. Use the page’s skip link to reach main content; Tab and Shift+Tab move between controls, Enter activates links/buttons, and Escape closes supported navigation or dialogs.

What to do

  1. On a smaller screen, open the labelled navigation button. Scroll the navigation area if the final links are below the visible portion. Use Help Centre and Product Docs for your workspace.
  2. In Help, enter a short general product phrase and submit Search. Use audience/topic links to narrow results, or clear the query and filters when nothing matches. Leave private information out of searches.
  3. If records cannot load, use the specific section’s Retry control and check your connection/account availability. For an uncertain save, reopen the same record and check its current state before repeating the action.
  4. For a display barrier, try browser zoom and the keyboard controls. Report the page, control, browser/device and assistive technology through Contact using a fictional or redacted example.

Expected result

Native public search and article navigation work without JavaScript. Account workspaces require JavaScript and network access for authorised record interactions. Independent section failures should show their own recovery path; a missing record is not a blank-state guarantee.

Limits and support

Do not clear an unsaved form or upload evidence repeatedly simply to remove a loading state. Access gates, expired invitations and changed revisions need their own recovery. Automated accessibility checks cover the tested surfaces; this is not a promise that every assistive-technology combination or product page is certified.
