AGREEMENTS & MOVE-IN
Open an invitation or existing tenancy
Find your invited agreement or tenancy without confusing an invitation with public signup.
Before you begin
These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.
You must be linked to the invited record. An invitation is for its named recipient and task. Do not forward it or use another person’s link.
What to do
- Open the invitation and follow the access instructions actually displayed. Guest access is available only where its separate gate is enabled.
- If email-code access is offered, use the invited inbox and current code. If account sign-in or an additional check is required, complete that path instead.
- For an enabled linked account, open Tenancies in your tenant workspace and choose the authorised tenancy.
Expected result
You can review the invited task or records your participant access permits. You do not gain a landlord workspace or unrelated household records.
If the record is missing
Check which account and inbox you used. The invitation may have expired, been replaced or not been enabled for the environment. Ask the provider to check the intended recipient and current invitation, or contact RentSeekr with a nonsensitive reference. A lease can also await tenancy setup; signing does not guarantee that setup is complete immediately.
