AGREEMENTS & MOVE-IN
Review and sign a supported agreement
Prepare and review the exact lease version, complete signatures and check tenancy setup separately.
Before you begin
These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.
Use an agreement the workspace supports for the property and arrangement. Read its parties, property, rent, dates, disclosures and attachments. General tenancy progression is constrained by the existing support checks; a downloadable form alone does not enable that progression.
What to do
- Providers: complete lease preparation, generate the review document and check the stored PDF before sending it for renter review.
- Renters: open the invited lease, review the proposed version and use the confirmation or change-request controls available.
- Each required party: review the current document and complete your own signature and intention confirmation. Use the signature tracker to check remaining parties.
- Providers: once executed, check the tenancy setup panel. Follow its existing retry or review path if setup is pending or blocked.
Expected result
Execution requires the required signatures on the same version. An eligible executed agreement can provision a connected tenancy. Condition reports, actual handover and bond processes remain separate.
Limitations and recovery
A changed proposal can require another review and signatures. If generation is unavailable, preserve the draft and use the displayed runtime message. If setup is uncertain, reopen the executed lease and retry the existing setup action only where offered. Never assume a blocked historical or unsupported agreement has become a live tenancy.
