PRODUCT DOCS
Bond preparation, external outcomes and repayment attribution
Read the independent evidence layers of a supported bond case without treating a proposed split as returned money.
Ordinary bond record versus claim workflow
The tenancy bond summary records an amount, lodgement/reference and entered claim/dispute/refund states. A supported bond case retains finer party-specific preparation, provision, response, external-process and repayment facts. Neither screen directly lodges or releases money.
Evidence layers
Read the latest current assertion and its retained predecessors.
| Layer | Recorded purpose |
|---|---|
| Official identity / named interests | The recorded bond and named interest roster, including unmapped interests requiring review. |
| Proposal / supporting items | A proposed allocation and its evidence, not an approved payment. |
| Provision / document receipt | What was given to a particular renter and their own receipt assertion. |
| Approved claim / external submission | The entered actual form/submission and its supporting reference. |
| Official notice / contest / extension / outcome | Facts from the external process and any unresolved response. |
| Funds receipt / attribution | Money actually received and its recorded association with an outcome. |
Party-specific rights in the interface
The permitted actions differ by provider/renter and actor. A person corrects their own current assertion through the offered correction path. A renter’s supported independent refund/contest workflow is not made dependent on provider approval, completed exit documents or administrative closure. Named-interest gaps do not justify treating another person’s allocation as yours.
Currentness and unresolved attribution
Evidence, official dates, case revision and source report context can change. A preparation finding may become historical or require review. Actual receipt does not automatically establish its correct allocation; the attribution view can retain conflicts or unresolved outcomes. Keep them explicit rather than manufacturing an agreed split.
Recovery and legal boundary
Reopen the case after an unclear save, compare retained/current records and use the offered correction/response. Enter an official deadline only from its source document; this documentation supplies no contest period, eligibility rule or compliance guarantee. An outcome, proposal or completed case is not proof of bank settlement. No money transfer or external submission is initiated by Help or Next Steps.
