Prepare your reusable application profile
Save accurate profile, household, reference and history information for an enabled application.
Before you begin
These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.
Gather accurate information and obtain any permissions needed to provide another person’s contact details. Your reusable application profile is distinct from Settings contact details and from an already submitted application version.
What to do
- Open Applications and its profile controls. Complete the displayed personal, employment/financial capacity, rental-history and reference sections that apply.
- Review household and preference fields. Enter fictional information only in synthetic tests; your real application should describe your circumstances accurately.
- Save the profile and check its saved state. When starting an eligible application, review the copied information against that particular rental and its requested fields.
- Review required document types and upload purpose. Complete the application declaration only after checking the actual information and attachments being submitted.
Expected result
The saved reusable profile can help prepare a later application. Its completeness indicator describes populated sections, not verification, acceptance or suitability. Changing the profile does not silently replace information in an earlier submitted version.
Missing fields and recovery
A copied field can need a fresh answer for the rental’s intake. Save feedback and application validation are separate. If a save is uncertain, reopen the profile before starting another application. Do not provide extra identity or financial documents merely to increase a completeness score; follow the supported request and purpose controls.
