PROPERTIES & APPLICATIONS

Edit, pause or archive a rental offer

Manage property and room offers deliberately, including media privacy and irreversible archive actions.

Before you begin

These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.

Open the correct property and offer. A whole-property offer and each room offer have separate marketing states. Check ownership, current plan/capability messages and whether the offer is still eligible for the action.

What to do

  1. Open the property’s Listing destination to review stored and effective public states. Use Edit property for supported property, room, rental and media details.
  2. Review public-presentation choices for shared photos, floorplans and video links. Remove private details from media and check the public preview before sharing.
  3. Choose Publish for the eligible offer you want live. Choose Pause if you plan to advertise that offer again. Read the confirmation before choosing Archive.
  4. In Details, review Archive or delete. Delete is offered only for an eligible empty draft. Keep established rental history in its retained record.

Expected result

The selected offer changes state independently of other offers. A paused offer stops public marketing until eligible publication resumes. Archived offers and archived properties preserve history but cannot be restored to active marketing through this workflow.

Save and recovery limits

Media uploads and supported media changes can save immediately; leaving the editor does not undo a completed upload. Check each confirmation and refresh after a partial failure. Archive is irreversible, so use Pause for temporary removal. Property details or a live listing do not automatically alter a signed agreement, tenant access or the tenancy lifecycle.
