Set up a property and rental offer
Create a property draft, complete its details and deliberately prepare its listing.
Before you begin
These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.
Prepare accurate address, rental-structure and property details. Publishing also depends on your plan, required fields and the current listing checks.
What to do
- Choose Add a property and the rental structure. Save a draft.
- Complete the address and property fields. If lookup is unavailable, the manual-address path lets you save and exit with a draft. Retry lookup and select a verified address before continuing setup.
- Add the supported photos and rental details in the property workspace. Review the rental offer before choosing Publish.
Expected result
The property remains a manageable record; a published eligible offer appears in the public finder. A draft or paused offer is not a live advertisement.
Limits and recovery
An address match does not certify compliance or ownership. Photo processing can be unavailable in some runtimes. Save the draft, check field-level errors and retry the specific upload or action. Do not assume that creating a listing creates a tenancy; agreement execution and supported setup are separate steps.
