PROPERTIES & APPLICATIONS

Save, share and enquire about a rental

Keep a shortlist, share a public offer and find the conversation created by an enabled enquiry.

Before you begin

Public offers can be browsed without an account. Saving and enquiries require enabled access and the controls offered for that listing. These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.

A saved rental is your shortlist entry. It does not reserve the home, submit an application or confirm an inspection place.

What to do

  1. Open the rental and check the offer, price and availability. For an enabled account, use Save and return through Market → Saved homes or Saved listings. Use the saved control again to remove an item.
  2. Where Share is available, copy the public link or use the offered image or QR download. Share the public offer rather than a private account or document link.
  3. If an enquiry is enabled, follow its displayed sign-in or email-check path, enter the question and confirm Send. Return to Messages to find the resulting conversation.

Expected result

The saved control reflects your own shortlist. A public share link opens the offer while it remains publicly available. A successful enquiry creates or continues a conversation with the listing contact; it is separate from applying.

Unavailable actions and recovery

You cannot save or enquire about your own offer through renter actions. Unpublished or unavailable offers may lose their public share route. If a send result is uncertain, check Messages before resending. Paused account services cannot be bypassed by using an old email-code link. Do not assume a downloaded share image remains current after the listing changes.
