Distinguish a public page, an available account capability and an eligible operational tenancy.
Different kinds of availability
A public listing, calculator or article can be available while account actions are paused. Within an authorised workspace, feature configuration, runtime capability, plan allowance, record relationship and arrangement support can each limit an action. Availability of one layer does not override the others.
Read the displayed boundary
Use the reason next to the actual action.

Operational tenancy scope
The selected baseline’s automatic initial tenancy setup is constrained to eligible executed Victorian general tenancies for a whole dwelling and supported fixed-term agreement. Room listings and other supported documents/applications do not imply operational tenancy progression. Existing supported continuations and participant changes have their own guards. Read the actual setup panel rather than inferring support from a state selector or PDF.
Retained access and new work
A historical document or accessible tenancy may remain readable when new paid work is unavailable. Customer public signup/sign-in, guest access, background delivery and payment initiation remain separately gated. The restricted property-description AI is distinct from the disabled support-assistant seam; neither makes the other available.
Recovering without bypassing a gate
Retry a failed independent read or an explicitly retryable operation. Preserve pending drafts and exact error/reference details when capability is unavailable. Contact RentSeekr about support/access questions without sharing private evidence. Do not alter an agreement class, jurisdiction, date or participant merely to reach an available status.
