MANAGING A TENANCY

Find documents and tenancy records

Open the relevant authorised record, download available documents and understand missing history.

Before you begin

These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.

Choose the correct tenancy, agreement or application. Document access follows record permissions; another person’s copied download link does not grant access.

What to do

  1. Open the record’s document or evidence section and check the document type, purpose, date and version.
  2. Use its download control while signed in with the authorised account. Keep the downloaded file in a secure location.
  3. Review the visible events or record history for changes and corrections. Distinguish the current projection from retained earlier evidence.

Expected result

You obtain the available document for that record, subject to current access. Downloading does not prove another person received, read or accepted it.

When something goes wrong

Download links may expire. Reopen the record to request a fresh link. Missing or unavailable files can require runtime processing or a record review; avoid repeatedly creating replacement documents. Account or participant access can end while evidence remains retained. Ask support about access using a reference, not an attached sensitive file.
