MANAGING A TENANCY

Use tenancy workflows, evidence and responses

Choose the correct record workflow and understand its audience, current revision and review holds.

Before you begin

These instructions apply to authorised existing users when the workflow is enabled. Public customer sign-up and sign-in are currently paused. A help page does not grant account or record access.

The available workflow depends on tenancy support, role, lifecycle state and the individual case. Read its purpose and audience before entering facts. A creator-only or otherwise private case is not automatically visible to every tenancy participant or property owner.

What to do

  1. Open the tenancy and the relevant workflow section. Choose the supported workflow that matches the actual issue; use the description and record requirements instead of creating a generic duplicate case.
  2. Review the audience and enter factual details. Commit the requested evidence and check its saved state. Keep private material out of shared notes.
  3. Use only the next action or response offered to your role. Check the current case revision and any source/evidence review findings before confirming an outcome.
  4. Return through the case list or tenancy Next actions. Review retained history after a change and refresh an outdated page before another action.

Expected result

A saved case records its facts, evidence, responses and supported progression. Its status tells you where that product workflow stands. It is not a legal ruling or proof that an external authority received an application or notice.

Limits and recovery

Some workflows require exact notice, agreement or external-outcome evidence and can remain on hold when facts change. Do not alter dates to remove a hold or re-create the case to bypass it. For an unknown save outcome, reopen the existing case first. In-app messages, uploads and notification read states do not establish formal service or compliance.
