PRODUCT DOCS
Read a status in its record context
Why draft, submitted, executed, recorded and completed describe different evidence.
Statuses belong to a workflow
An application draft is editable preparation; a submitted version is the information sent for review. A proposed lease version has not necessarily been signed. Executed describes the completed required agreement signatures. A completed report is separate evidence from an executed lease.
Setup and review states
Tenancy setup can be pending, failed with a retry path, blocked for review, complete or unavailable. A pending operation is not a completed tenancy. A blocked state preserves evidence and needs its stated review; repeatedly retrying an unsupported record does not resolve it.
Compare workflow states
The same word can refer to a different unit of work. Always read the record and version.
| Record | State meaning | Check next |
|---|---|---|
| Application | Draft prepares information; submitted identifies a sent version. | Intake, requested documents, amendments and latest submission. |
| Lease | Proposed/reviewed/signed evidence progresses towards execution. | The current version and every required party’s signature. |
| Tenancy setup | Pending/failed/blocked/complete describes the handoff operation. | Retryable state versus a support/evidence review hold. |
| Condition report | Provider work, renter response and signatures belong to the report. | Correct report version, audience and actual stored document. |
| Rent charge | A paid/partial/credited or review-required label describes recorded tracking. | Authority, allocations, corrections and actual payment evidence. |
| Case or closure | Completion describes that supported product process. | Outstanding linked evidence, obligations and external outcomes. |
Recorded is not independently verified
Rent, bond, visit and outcome records describe entered facts and supported review states. Recorded payment is not collected money. Recorded service evidence is not a help-centre determination of valid legal service. Read the details and provenance, not just the coloured label.
When the display is uncertain
Reopen the specific record and compare its current revision and latest visible events. If a save outcome is unknown, read before retrying. Keep the record reference and error message for support. Do not change dates or evidence solely to reach a preferred status.
Loading is not an empty record
A section that is still loading or failed to refresh has not supplied a current record view. It can retain historical entries while requiring a fresh check. Clear search/filter choices before concluding a record is absent, and use the specific Retry control. An empty dashboard summary is not a compliance, liability or settlement finding.
