Settings, preferences and your records

Find account controls and record shortcuts without mixing private preferences with shared rental evidence.

Find a setting

Choose a category from the settings list or use Find a setting. On mobile, the Settings back control returns to the category list. On desktop, the category navigation stays beside the current panel. Header search can open matching settings actions without taking them for you.

Choose the right category

Visible categories and actions depend on the account and supported service.

Choose the right category
CategoryUse it for
ProfileContact details, photo and profile presentation.
Sign-in & securityEmail/password changes, sign-in checks and session controls.
Appearance and notificationsYour browser appearance and supported activity-message preferences.
CalendarsConnections, subscriptions and time-zone preferences.
Plan, billing and rental paymentsYour available controls and retained payment records; availability can differ.
Your recordsRole-appropriate shortcuts to properties, adverts, agreements, inspections, conversations and reports.

Autosave and explicit confirmation

Preference switches and supported presentation choices save automatically. Fields with Save details or a security confirmation require that action. If an automatic save fails, read the nearby error and recovery option; the changed appearance of a control alone is not proof the server saved it.

Records, privacy and account closure

Record shortcuts open the existing authorised workspace; they do not grant extra access or publish a private file. Check the record’s own permissions and export controls. Account closure can preserve required rental, financial and security evidence. Use the privacy contact route if you need help identifying or correcting retained information.
