PRODUCT DOCS
Shortlists, comparisons and rental interest
Understand saved rentals, comparison selections and the different signals sent by enquiries and applications.
Start with the offer
Open the listing from its photo, title or View rental link. Check whether it is a whole dwelling or a room, the rent period, shared areas, available date and current action. Photos help you shortlist; they do not replace an inspection.
Actions have different effects
Keep private preparation separate from sending something to a provider.
| Action | Result |
|---|---|
| Save | Adds to your own saved rentals; does not reserve the home. |
| Compare | Adds the offer to a comparison selection; does not send an enquiry. |
| Enquire or message | Sends the reviewed message through the available conversation workflow. |
| Request an inspection | Asks about a viewing; it is not a confirmed booking. |
| Register for an inspection | Records a place for the selected available session; read its confirmation. |
| Apply | Starts or opens the application for that offer; submission is a separate confirmation. |
Signing in without losing your place
If an action asks for sign-in, use the offered account route. The allowed property/action destination is carried through verification and recovery. Return to check the saved or submitted state. Another account cannot claim an account-bound draft, and expired browser drafts may need to be recreated.
Changed or missing offers
A saved offer or comparison can become unavailable after a provider pauses or removes it. Open the current listing to check details before sending a message or applying. If a request result is unclear, check the existing saved list, booking, conversation or application before repeating the action.
